HOW WE BECAME STICKLER'S

 

Stickler's Ice Pop Company offers a variety of small-batch ice pops made with fruit and all-natural ingredients. 

 

The company started back in the summer of 2013 with a bike, some coolers and a fresh new product. For the first three summers of operation we were known as The Pop Stop. Since then, we grew out of our name and changed it to something more fitting to our committment to quality. Our truck and carts have become a summer-time staple at farmers markets, festivals, fairs, and other functions throughout the Pittsburgh area. We have garnered both local and national attention as one of Pittsburgh’s premier food destinations. In 2018, Stickler's gained new ownership. With a background in pastry and a family who owns a well known local ice cream place, frozen desserts are a major part of Sara's life. Along with her husband, she hopes to continue the Stickler's name and popularity in Pittsburgh, keeping one of the city's favorite frozen treats an easy to find staple. 

 

Stickler's has always worked hard to be a health-conscious and environmentally responsible business.  We only use fruit and all-natural ingredients. All of our pops are gluten, dairy, and nut free. The small amount of added sweetness comes from pure cane sugar. And, our pops never have artificial flavors or colors. The best part is, we do all this without sacrificing flavor or satisfaction.
